QUARTERMASTER LIFE SCIENCE CAMPUS

We are thrilled to announce our collaboration with SkyREM on the visioning and reimagining of the historic Quartermaster site in South Philadelphia as a new Life Sciences Campus. Envisioned as a vibrant space to collaborate, innovate, and work, the Campus will reposition access from Oregon Avenue as its front door. The existing buildings are uniquely positioned for Life Science tenants, with robust structure, tall floor heights, and gorgeous skylights flooding the top floor of each building with daylight. Solar panels and green roofs will cover the roofscape and tenants will include a mixture of life science companies, a brewery, restaurants, retail, and hotel. PHMC PUBLIC HEALTH CAMPUS ON CEDAR

In Progress: Expected Construction Completion 2023

FIFTEEN is working with PHMC on the renovation and re-imagining of the former Mercy Hospital in West Philadelphia. The new PHMC Public Health Campus on Cedar will include a community and wellness hub focusing on preventive health. A new entrance vestibule will re-invigorate the Hospital’s 54th street (original) entrance as a space for the community. In collaboration with Penn and partners, the healthy village concept will focus on supporting social determinants of health - violence, housing, food insecurity, and education in West Philadelphia. ROWAN UNIVERSITY: WILSON HALL SCHOOL OF DANCE

FIFTEEN worked closely with Rowan University to develop a state of the art facility that will promote and grow its Dance Program. The project will provide new dance studios and facilities to support accreditation by the NASD and is an addition to the existing Performing Arts program at Wilson Hall. Comfortable seating and dedicated flex space offers students the ability to collaborate between classes. The design of the precast insulated panels creates a dynamic façade with shadows dancing throughout the day, illustrative of the movement that takes place inside.

PHMC AT 4601 MARKET STREET

PHMC’s 4601 Market Street Project brings focus to Design that prioritizes health and well-being. The project renovates a prominent historic building in the West Philadelphia neighborhood to bring outreach, health promotion, education, research, planning, technical assistance, and direct services to the community. The main community space on the first floor features large windows and family friendly furnishings to create a welcoming environment for a diverse population. The adjacent life skills kitchen will feature demonstrations and programming to support healthy eating and nourishment. Designed to support the physical and emotional well-being of each staff member, the second floor at 4601 features a staff lounge and café, quiet areas, wellness rooms, team rooms, and technology enabled meeting spaces.

NEUROFLOW HEADQUARTERS

NeuroFlow’s mission to create a happier, healthier world resonates with FIFTEEN’s design goals. NeuroFlow partners with healthcare leaders to create platforms that connect patients to care providers and specialists to deliver effective mental health care at scale. Working swiftly to meet a demanding schedule, FIFTEEN anticipated NeuroFlow’s needs and designed a space that provided the flexibility required by a growing company. The resulting space is built around their modern workflow and collaborative culture.

ASSURED PARTNERS LOUISVILLE HEADQUARTERS

Created in 2011, Assured Partners is the fastest growing independent insurance agency in the US. Compelled by the efficiencies of a column-free floor plate and extensive glass perimeter, AP is locating their Louisville offices to Building 435 on Shelbyhurst Campus. The design and finish palette is closely tied to the client’s brand integrating seamlessly with FIFTEEN’s Core & Shell design of Building 435.

NTS SHELBYHURST BUILDING 425

In Concept Development

We are thrilled to be working with NTS Development Company on the design of a new 140,000 SF 4-story speculative office building on the ShelbyHurst Office Campus. Located across from the recently completed Building 435, we are enjoying the dialogue between the two as seen from prominent Shelbyville Road.

THE WHARTON SCHOOL RENOVATION

FIFTEEN is excited to have completed this important project for The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Custom designed millwork accents the renovation of an existing space into a vibrant, broadcast-ready office suite.
