PHMC PUBLIC HEALTH CAMPUS ON CEDAR
In Progress: Expected Construction Completion 2022
FIFTEEN is working with PHMC on the renovation and re-imagining of the former Mercy Hospital in West Philadelphia. The new PHMC Public Health Campus on Cedar will include a community and wellness hub focusing on preventive health. A new entrance vestibule will re-invigorate the Hospital’s 54th street (original) entrance as a space for the community. In collaboration with Penn and partners, the healthy village concept will focus on supporting social determinants of health - violence, housing, food insecurity, and education in West Philadelphia. We are honored and proud to be working on this impactful project in our city!
NTS SHELBYHURST BUILDING 425
In Concept Development
We are thrilled to be working with NTS Development Company on the design of a new 140,000 SF 4-story speculative office building on the ShelbyHurst Office Campus. Located across from the recently completed Building 435, we are enjoying the dialogue between the two as seen from prominent Shelbyville Road.
PHMC AT 4601 MARKET STREET
In Progress: Anticipated completion July 2022
FIFTEEN is working with PHMC to design a fully integrated facility at 4601 Market Street. This best in class Health Campus will bring together existing and new programs, services, and resources to better serve the families and children in the community.
ROWAN UNIVERSITY: DANCE PROGRAM
In Progress: Construction Completion Expected Fall 2022
FIFTEEN is thrilled to be working with Rowan University to develop a state of the art facility that will promote and grow its Dance Program. The project will provide new dance studios and facilities to support accreditation by the NASD and is an addition to the existing Performing Arts at Wilson Hall. DVRPC: OFFICE RENOVATION

With many of its resources migrating from paper-based to digital platforms, DVRPC’s role and how it interacts with the communities it serves has evolved over time. FIFTEEN designed a new conference center incorporating digital display and more flexible gathering areas. Internally, the offices are upgraded to meet the changing needs of its staff and workforce.

THE WHARTON SCHOOL RENOVATION

FIFTEEN is excited to have completed this important project for The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Custom designed millwork accents the renovation of an existing space into a vibrant, broadcast-ready office suite.
DREXEL ACADEMIC TOWER

The ninth floor student spaces are shaping up! FIFTEEN is responsible for the Design and Documentation of three floors of academic workplace and student spaces for this project, totaling 120,000 SF. Excited to be a part of this great team and fantastic Project at uCity Square and West Philadelphia!

FIFTEEN worked with PHMC to re-imagine their existing headquarters at 1500 Market Street. Upgrades include new conference rooms, collaboration areas, and new furniture throughout the four floors occupied by PHMC.
